Returns and Refunds
Because our pillow covers are made-to-order and available in multiple sizes, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, color preference, or misunderstanding of listing details.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and order number. After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue.
Refunds will not be issued for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, incorrect addresses entered by the customer, or orders refused by the customer.

- Contact me within 72 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of:
- the item, 2) the packaging, and 3) the shipping label
- I will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the issue.
Cancellations & Changes
- Cancellations and order changes are accepted within 6 hours of purchase only (if production has not started).
- Address changes must be requested within 6 hours.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when an item is damaged/defective or the mistake is mine.
Notes
- Pattern placement may vary slightly due to handmade cutting.
- Colors may look different on screens; minor variations are not considered defects.
- Minor sizing tolerance of ±0.5 inch may occur.
