Terms of Service (JB Prints)

By placing an order from JB Prints, you agree to the terms below.

1) Products & Handmade Nature

All items are handmade and made to order. Minor variations in stitching, pattern placement, and sizing may occur due to the handmade process. Color may vary slightly based on screen settings and lighting.

2) Ordering & Custom Details

Buyers are responsible for selecting the correct size, fabric/pattern, and other options at checkout. If personalization or custom requests are offered, the buyer is responsible for providing accurate details.

3) Pricing & Promotions

Prices are listed in the currency shown on Etsy. Promotions apply only to eligible items and only during the stated promotion period. Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied after purchase. No price adjustments on previous orders unless required by law.

4) Processing Time

Standard processing time is 5–10 business days. During high order volume, processing may extend slightly. Processing time does not include shipping/transit time.

5) Shipping & Delivery

Shipping estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. JB Prints is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside my control. Buyers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.
